Title: Garlic Gazpacho

Yield: 6 Servings

1cCoarsely chopped yellow bell pepper
1cCoarsely chopped seeded peeled cucumber, (1 medium)
1/4cSherry vinegar
1tsOlive oil
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsBlack pepper
1/8tsGround red pepper
2 1/4lbPlum tomatoes, halved
6 Cloves garlic
4 Ice cubes

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. Pour into a large bowl; cover and chill. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
